Our client in Gaza is looking for a M&E Officer to join their team within the NGO Sector.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of data from IRS interventions, surveillance (reactive and proactive), entomology, and climate event response.
- Monitor operational and programmatic indicators (e.g., spray coverage ≥85%, case follow-up rate, entomological indicators, reach of IEC activities).
- Implement systematic data verification and auditing routines.
- Ensure proper use of institutional digital platforms (e.g., IRS platforms, or similar).
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Participate in joint supervisions with provincial and district health authorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Demography or related fields.
- Additional training or certification in Monitoring & Evaluation will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Monitoring & Evaluation in public health programs.
- Experience in malaria programs is an advantage.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or statistical software).
- Experience with DHIS2 and/or other digital data collection and management platforms.
- Knowledge of data quality assessment methodologies.
