The Retail Manager position is responsible for :
– To effectively manage and minimise HSE risk within area of responsibility by ensuring:
* Compliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guidelines and legal requirements
* Promotion of safe working environment and positively contributing to the company HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies
* That HSE competency requirements are identified & enforced within area of responsibility
– Know, respect and ensure compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct.
– Ensures that all the group procedures, tools and methods related to the network are fully understood and implemented
– Implements the sales and credit policy defined by the Network Director.
– Ensure achievement of Fuel and non-Fuel targets and manages achievements along the year.
– Recruit new dealers as per the group procedures and practices and negotiate in order to sign the contract and assess dealer
performance.
– Ensure profitability achievement using the provided tools (P&L, TEMPO,…)
– Supervises the Top Service campaigns and associated animation events (dealers’ convention, pump attendant contest…);
– Organize the training sessions for the Network teams and stations staff so to develop the organization competences, in connection
with the DC Trainer;
– Proposes the qualitative and quantitative objectives for the NTW Director’ approval so as to meet the return of investments
objectives, monitor the sales performances and correct the deviances.
– Prospect new partners with assistance of its sales forces and NTW Developer, according to the Network development strategy
defined by the NTW Director
– Is responsible for respecting the credit policy, covering the outstanding values and meeting the account reconciliation objectives.
– Develop the competencies of the sales forces by training, motivating, meeting and assistance.
– Ensure respect and implementation of the retail priority controls
– Retail contract management
– Control daily station’s activities, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
